Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in the original manufacturer's packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Schedule Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package or coordinate a scheduled white-glove pickup for oversized furniture items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
