Most decor items ship within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture pieces may take 2-4 weeks for delivery via our white-glove shipping partners to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer fabric swatches or material samples?
Yes, we want you to be confident in your choice. You can order up to five fabric or wood finish swatches for a small fee, which is fully refundable upon your first furniture purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large furniture deliveries, our logistics partner will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Pieces Home furniture carries a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper maintenance.
